1. Industrial Land
The proposed property is Lot 1 DP 500396 Dumaresq Street Glen Innes. It is located on the corner of the Gwydir Highway and Dumaresq Street approximately 1.8 km west from the intersection of the New England Highway and Gwydir Highway.
2. Crofters Cottage Lease
Council is calling for Expressions of Interest for the lease of “Crofters Cottage” at the Australian Standing Stones in Centennial Park, Watsons Drive, Glen Innes, NSW.
3. Escape Rooms
Council is calling for Expressions of Interest for the management of a new local business and tourism attraction “Escape Rooms”.
