Come and meet your local business concierge for information about starting a business, resources for existing businesses, and financial information.
This workshop will provide small businesses in the Glen Innes Severn Local Government Area with tools and advice to improve their procurement and tendering process. Attendees are welcome to stay for light refreshments and a chat for 30 minutes after each session.
This workshop is run by The Glen Innes Business Chamber and consists of 3 modules.
Session 1: Establishing a strong brand and Canva basics
Session 2: Elevate your online presence and website basics
Session 3: Recharge your content creation and social media strategy Attendees can register to participate in a single session or for the whole day.

In community services work, we may often be the first point of contact for someone in crisis needing immediate assistance. Even without a formal qualification in counselling, this workshop provides the basic skills and tools to be able to step into the shoes of an accidental counsellor momentarily, to respond appropriately and effectively to people in crisis or distress where there may not be a professional immediately available.

Most of us have heard of or undertaken training in physical first aid, but when it comes to mental health or emotional first aid, we are not so well-trained or equipped.

Highlands Naturopathy is a holistic health service that combines the traditional use of natural medicines with evidence-based naturopathic practice. Practitioner, Jean Martain, uses nutritional and herbal medicine individually formulated for her client's unique needs and can refer patients for pathology testing.
