in Glen Innes Highlands | | | Australian Celtic Festival 4-7 May 2023 Drawing visitors from all over Australia and internationally, the annual Australian Celtic Festival is about to celebrate its 31st year and its Year of Scotland with a vibrant and action-packed program stretching across four days from Thursday 4 to Sunday 7 May 2023.
We are excited to welcome international guests Paul Anderson & Finlay Wilson from Scotland, and Clan Celtica from New Zealand, as well as many crowd favourites returning to the stages, such as Mad Kelpie Playdate, Kejafi, Moreton Celtic Fiddle Club, Limerick, Highlander and The Bushwackers, amongst others.
The festival is located at the Australian Standing Stones National Celtic Monument in Glen Innes and offers something for everyone... - Browse Celtic-inspired market stalls, meet your clan and learn about your Celtic heritage, and enjoy the diverse range of Celtic music, dance, art, and traditional fashions.
- Catch the live weekend action of the jousting tournament, highland games, and Scottish backhold wrestling.
- Keep the kids entertained with loads to see and do, including activities in the Celtic Kids marquee.
